The Maroon Bells, near Aspen, is absolutely my favorite stop on planet Earth! I am an artist; however, I do my artistry through the camera lens. When I decided I wanted a painting of one of my photographs, I knew right away the person I would commission to be the artist. Kendall is, without question, my favorite artist! She takes a subject and adds her special talent and unique style, and the results are pristine. I liked the first painting so well, I also had her paint the back of my cell phone case with another of my photographs. Trust me, I would not let just anyone take two of my photographs and turn them into paintings. Yes, Kendall is the best. Run, do not walk to purchase some of her work!
